Zev Y. Weinstein, Esq.

Zev Weinstein was born in Santa Monica and attended Santa Monica High School.  His affinity for Santa Monica has led him to remain very active in the Santa Monica community and is currently a board member of the Santa Monica Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and is dedicated to protecting the rights of people who have been injured, taken advantage of or damaged as a result of insurance companies, corporations, or other individuals.  Zev Weinstein has always stood up for the little guy and will not let his clients be pushed around.

Zev Weinstein has always been at home inside or on the court.  He began his career on the court, until he found his calling in the courtroom.  Zev Weinstein earned the highest rating from the Association of Tennis Professionals and through athletics taught others the importance of hard-work, dedication, and competition, qualities that he applies to the zealous prosecution of all of his cases.

Outside the courtroom, Zev Weinstein challenges himself daily, whether it be surfing, boxing, fitness training, or tennis.  Zev Weinstein always strives to win, but remains devoted to a practice based on professional courtesy, patience, sportsmanship, and compassion.  He takes pride in his integrity and loyalty, and refuses to let insurance companies or landlords escape those same obligations to their insureds and tenants.

Legal Background:

Zev Weinstein founded the Law Offices of Zev Weinstein in 2009.  Prior to starting his own practice, he was an associate at the law firm of Tesser, Ruttenberg & Grossman LLP, a boutique law firm in West Los Angeles, renown for big firm work product with a personal touch.  At Tesser, Ruttenberg & Grossman LLP, Zev Weinstein concentrated on complex business disputes, landlord/tenant issues, and employment law, and was instrumental in procuring numerous mid six-figure settlements.
